If you haven’t received an email conformation yet, don’t worry! It usually takes a few days for us to process your order, and even then, you might not receive a confirmation email until a day after we ship it. For more information, look at our “Shipping & Tracking” page.
WHY SHOULD I PROVIDE MY REAL EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER WHEN I ORDER?
We need your email and phone number in order to contact you, in case something goes wrong with shipping or we need more information in order to ship your order. We won’t send you spam emails, and we won’t share your contact info with anyone—promise!
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has been shipped, DHL will send you a confirmation email, which contains a tracking number for your convenience. It may take a couple of days before you receive it, though.
I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, OR MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER! CAN YOU CHANGE IT?
If we haven’t shipped your order out yet, then yes! Get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to remedy the situation right away. When sending an email, make sure that you include the correct address so that we can amend the shipping info.
