            Our quality control team is very thorough.  We check and package our products with great care, and we take pride in it.  However, if your order arrives with a defect—or if you simply aren’t satisfied with your item—just send it back to us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will refund the cost of that item via PayPal.

 

            If you would like an exchange rather than a refund, Wholesale Jewelry Asia can also ship you a new item if you return the other one.  The new one will ship as soon as we receive your package!  Note that you are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.

 

            If you want to exchange an item for a different item of a lesser cost, we will refund you the difference in price via PayPal.  To exchange an item for one of a higher cost, customers are responsible for paying the price difference.
